About Neil Armstrong and Joshua Hegarty

Josh and Neil are the founders and directors of the fastest growing order fulfilment company in the UK. Launching in January 2021, Cloud9 Fulfilment has grown from five members of staff to more than 100 during the first 14 months of operations. Both directors have come from unrelated industries; before starting Cloud9, Josh was a professional poker player for more than 10 years and Neil worked within the tech sector. Having no experience in the eCommerce or fulfilment markets presented many challenges. The unprecedented growth and success of Cloud9 Fulfilment is testament to the vision, commitment and teamwork of these two individuals. The cornerstone on which this success has been built is the implementation and evolution of processes throughout the business.
