We met some familiar faces and many new contacts but for those of you who we didn’t get to chat to, or those who weren’t able to see us at our stand, we thought it good would reach out to you post show.

Congratulations to our ‘Crack the Code’ prize winners too, not an easy game to solve..

Operating throughout the UK and mainland Europe Orridge offer Supply Chain Audit Services to a multitude of sectors as well as stocktaking services to the pharmacy and retail sectors, On-shelf-availability and supply chain inventory optimisation are amongst a range of available service options.

One of the services that is proving to be most beneficial is our Good Faith Receiving (GFR) program – taking the administrative burdens of invoice match and clear out of your business.

It is accepted that throughout the supply chain the majority of stock that is "checked in" is accurate, making the checking an expensive and often unnecessary task.

The principle of GFR means that stock is received without checking, save for sample checks from experienced auditors. Orridge can provide highly trained auditors to conduct these sample checks, and provide you and your suppliers with the necessary reporting tools to ensure the right checks and balances are in place to improve their accuracy performance.

We understand that GFR is far more complicated than simply switching off supplier receipt checks. At Orridge we can provide you with GFR expertise to guide and support you through the set-up process - this can include supplier engagement, business case analysis and on-site support.

There are numerous benefits to GFR and using Orridge to support you, the main ones being: -

  • Labour savings by accepting supplier deliveries in good faith.
  • Faster turnaround times for deliveries, leading to supplier efficiencies.
  • A faster flow of stock through the supply chain.
  • Real-time data, quick and simple query resolutions.
  • Robust accuracy data to provide you with a coherent commuted claims process.
