The Growth of Collection Points in Europe

Parcel collection points are becoming a popular way for customers to send and receive their online purchases in Europe. This growth can be attributed to a number of factors, including the ever-growing demand for online shopping and the increasing popularity of e-commerce across the region. Additionally, it also helps that they offer a number of advantages over traditional last-mile delivery methods

For starters, collection points such as parcel lockers are often more convenient than the post office, as they are typically open later and on weekends. Moreover, most of them are strategically situated in public spaces such as near bus stops, train stations or inside shopping malls. Last but not least, parcel collection points are often cheaper than the post office, making them an even more attractive option for consumers.

With this in mind, our media partner Parcel Monitor has released a report covering valuable insights on 3 key collection points markets in Europe, namely Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
