Business Developer and Project Consultant
Athina Medina is an expert in Logistics and International trade with a Master's degree from the Universitat de Barcelona, an Executive MBA, and a Master's in People Management from the Universidad Isabel. She also holds an Executive Master's in Supply Chain Management from ICIL. Her career began in the Logistics sector in Argentina in 2010, and since then, she has made her mark across different sectors and geographies, working for various international companies such as DHL and Louis Vuitton.
With extensive experience in projects in LATAM and Europe, Athina currently serves as a Business Developer and Project Consultant. She is also the Head of ICIL Lab at ICIL and will soon be a professor at the Universitat de Barcelona. Since 2021, she has led the ICIL Lab at DFactory Barcelona, the Catalan Industry 4.0 Hub, where she has pioneered the training of over 1000 logistics professionals through gamification with different supply chain technologies.
Her diverse articles, such as "ICIL Lab, the avant-garde project revolutionizing logistics education," published in Informa't - La Revista de la Formació Professional per a l’Ocupació - Generalitat de Catalunya on June 30, 2023, showcase her commitment to innovation and digital transformation in the supply chain.
